The Poo Whisperer strives to be more than just a run of the mill poop scooping service. We aim to give each of our customers what we call the three C's: Care, Consistency and Communication.
Care:
The Poo Whisperer isn't here to just scoop poop and get the job done. We CARE about the health and wellbeing of you and your pets. We refuse to cut any corners as we provide your yard and pets with the most premium service possible. If we see something unusual with your pet's droppings we are going to notify you. If we see a wrapper one of the kids left on the ground in the yard we're going to pick it up. We keep a watchful eye for anything extra besides scooping poop that we can do or notify you of to help make your yard a happier and healthier place for all who enter.
Consistency:
When you entrust your poop scooping duties to the Poo Whisperer, you can expect us to show up when we say we are going to show up. You will never have to worry about a scoop being missed without being notified in advance with a makeup date.
Communication:
We take clear communication with you regarding your service very seriously. You can always expect to know when we are coming out and when we plan to be back for the next scoop. You can always expect to be notified in advance if for some reason we cannot or may not able to make a visit at an agreed upon time.
